With all the hoopla over GAS prices, we have not raised our rates! We continue to provide HOUSE CALLS to our customers. We have always had in place a small service charge to customers that exceed our normal driving range. However for most returning customers this FEE is not charged.

The following rates apply for services provided. Additional cost for parts will vary depending on the customers specific needs. NOBLE PC will guarantee it's services for 30 days.

Parts supplied by the customer or NOBLE PC are not guaranteed by NOBLE PC. The OEM of that specific part will provide the Warranty.

When you contact our Call Center the determination will be made if your needs require a "HOUSE CALL" or a " PICK UP ".

For a House Call : The first 1/2 HOUR is $35.00 , then $30.00 for every full hour after that. $15.00 will be charged for any time that exceeds a 1/2 hour but does not complete a full hour.

NOBLE PC can provide an estimate for specific services needed.

Such as : Installing a ( NIC ) Network Card or Installing an Antivirus Tool

Commercial rates are $55.00/hr , this includes businesses and municipalities.

Emergency Calls are $95.00/hr for residential and $150.00/hr for businesses and municipalities. With a minumum of 2 hours for each call.

NOBLE PC provides FREE pick up and DELIVERY for Computers and Laptops that we service. If for any reason the Computer or Laptop cannot be repaired NOBLE PC will return it for FREE.

IF the customer decides not to have the service performed a $15.00 fee will be applied to the customers account.
